LIGHT LANGUAGE DRUM CIRCLE —Arlington @ The Yoga Barn

Join us as we create something powerful through rhythm, intention, and sound.

Bring your enthusiasm and any instruments you like—drums, rattles, or anything that makes a joyful noise.

If you don’t have one, I’ll have extras available. You’re also welcome to bring instruments to share with the group.

We begin each song with an intention.

Once the drumming starts, I sing in Light Language, tuned to the energy of what we’re creating together.

It becomes something we build as a group, in real time where people can express themselves through sound, release tension, and connect on a deeper level.

You don’t need to prepare anything or “do it right.” You just show up and join in.

What to expect:

• Express through sound (no experience needed)
• Group intention for each song
• Light Language woven into the rhythm
• A space to release, connect, and reset
